Revenue Officer Position

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Officer to play a key role in maintaining timely revenue flow across the district. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Accurate Billing Services
  • Follow Up on Claims for Debt Recovery
  • Support Billing Queries Across the District
  • Assist with Revenue-Related Follow-Up Actions
  • Contribute to Consistent Financial Processes
Selection Criteria:
  • Understanding of Medicare Benefits Scheme (MBS), Revenue, Private Health Insurance & Other Billing Arrangements
  • Experience in Utilizing PowerBilling Revenue Collection (PBRC), Revenue Portal, i.PM (Patient Administration System), Microsoft Office Applications, Content Management (HPECM) and Powerchart
  • Demonstrated Ability to Plan, Organise, Prioritise and Manage Multiple Tasks, Considering the Impact on Others to Achieve Outcomes
  • Good Interpersonal, Verbal and Written Communication Skills with People from a Range of Professional and Social Backgrounds
  • Demonstrated High Level of Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail to Ensure the Integrity, Reliability, Accuracy of Data and Data Systems
  • Capacity to Work Independently and as an Effective Team Member with the Ability to Facilitate and Support the Team to Achieve Required Outcomes
  • Demonstrated Exceptional Customer Service and Conflict Resolution Skills
