The successful candidate will drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance across a diverse six-property portfolio.

About the Role
  • Lead proactive revenue management, optimizing distribution channels and inventory management to achieve maximum revenue potential.
  • Oversee Central Reservations, providing guidance and leadership to the Reservations Supervisor and team.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing and Operations to deliver commercial strategies that enhance profitability and the guest experience.
  • Provide analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
