Superannuation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Superannuation Specialist to join our team at Kaizen Recruitment. As a Superannuation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and members, while also assisting with superannuation administration activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate information about our superannuation products and processes;
- Answer inbound calls and written queries from clients and members, ensuring a positive customer experience;
- Promote a positive customer experience through supporting staff, members, and employers in accordance with service standards;
- Present high-quality service and advice to existing and prospective clients and members through inbound enquiries and online consultation;
- Collaborate and assist the administration and superannuation team to provide support with internal and external stakeholders;
- Oversee resolution to client and member issues and concerns;
- Ensure client and member records are accurate and updated in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures to prevent breaches and complaints.
- General knowledge of superannuation, customer service, and administration processes;
- Previous experience working in the financial services or superannuation industry is highly regarded;
- RG 146 certification preferable;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Solid organisational skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
