Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our organization's products and services to clients and members.
  • Respond to inbound calls and written queries from clients and members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the administration team to provide support with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
