Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our organization's products and services to clients and members.
  • Respond to inbound calls and written queries from clients and members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the administration team to provide support with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures to prevent breaches and complaints.
Requirements
  • General knowledge of superannuation, customer service, and administration processes.

  • RG 146 certification is preferable.
