We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Dispatch Coordinator.

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for the efficient coordination and delivery of products to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in dispatch coordination and stock control
  • A background in the building or timber industry (desired)
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and deliveries
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve organizational objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction

This is a full-time opportunity with a regular 8-hour day shift schedule. A Forklift Licence and Full Driver Licence are preferred but not essential. If you possess excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering results, we encourage you to apply.
