Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers to prepare and dispatch orders according to instructions.
  • Monitor order status and coordinate schedules based on urgency and importance.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and updates job reports.
  • Operate a forklift to double-pallet dispatches and store products in designated cool rooms.
  • Communicate effectively with operations staff regarding scheduling or order issues.
  • Review and respond to customer complaints about order scheduling or dispatched orders.
  • Perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow established plans and hygiene policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position (not mandatory).
  • In-depth knowledge of packing and shipping procedures.
  • Good level of fitness to perform physical and repetitive work, such as heavy lifting up to 20kg, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
