Senior Pallet Manager Role

This challenging and rewarding senior role involves leading the management of multiple pallet accounts across the country, coordinating national pallet reconciliations, and overseeing pallet accounts nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to liaise with suppliers and carriers, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. They should also have a good understanding of pallet management systems, such as Chepmate and HMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach a small team to effectively maintain pallet counts nationally
  • Process all pallet transfer advice and ensure monthly pallet counts are carried out
  • Maintain accurate records in Chepmate and HMS databases
  • Reconcile Chep and Loscam invoices for Melbourne accounts on a monthly basis
  • Investigate and resolve pallet transaction queries efficiently
  • Collate reconciliation figures from all sites nationally
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Chepmate and HMS pallet management systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
