Job Description

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of National Pallet Controller/Administration. This position plays a pivotal part in our warehouse and transport distribution business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate pallet records, conducting regular inventory and booking processes, and providing administrative support across transport and warehouse functions.

This is a fast-paced environment that demands a proactive, efficient, and independent individual with strong administrative skills, exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and maintaining accurate pallet records.
  • Performing ongoing inventory and booking processes with high attention to detail.
  • Providing administrative support across transport and warehouse functions.
  • Liaising with transport staff, warehouse personnel, customers, and suppliers daily.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years' experience in pallet control or a similar role is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
