About Us

We're seeking a Pallet Coordinator to work in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve pallet discrepancies
  • Perform weekly administrative tasks, including scanning and filing of pallet paperwork
  • Enter data into our system regarding pallet dockets
  • Coordinate equipment control of Chep and Loscam pallets, including issues and de-hires
  • Manage nil recovery of pallets and IOUs
  • Resolve pallet rejections and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date pallet systems and reconcile pallets on a weekly basis
  • Provide support services to the Logistics team

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and passion for motivating others
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in pallet coordination is highly regarded
