Pallet Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage our pallet operations in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of pallets, maintaining accurate records, and providing education and support to warehouse team members on pallet processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Performing administrative tasks, scanning, and filing of pallet paperwork
  • Checking and data entry of pallet transfers
  • Coordinating equipment control of Chep and Loscam pallets, including issues and de-hires
  • Managing nil recovery of pallets
  • Resolving pallet rejections, discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy
  • Ensuring pallet systems are up to date and managed weekly
  • Monitoring pallet accuracy of outbound and inbound consignments
  • Weekly pallet reconciliations

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience preferred
