Are you a driven and detail-oriented individual with experience in pallet management? We are a well-established, family-owned business in the warehouse and transport distribution industry, looking for an experienced Pallet Controller / Administrator to join our team.

**The Role**

As our National Pallet Controller, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining pallet movements (CHEP and LOSCAM). You will be responsible for collecting, sorting, validating and reconciling our pallet accounts. You'll ensure accuracy in record-keeping and provide administrative support for the office and warehouse operations. This is a fast-paced environment that demands a proactive, efficient, and independent professional.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate pallet records (CHEP & LOSCAM)
- Perform ongoing inventory and booking processes with high attention to detail
- Complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Provide administrative support across transport and warehouse functions
- Liaise with transport staff, warehouse personnel, customers, and suppliers daily
- Manage multiple priorities and achieve results while working autonomously
- Portray a professional image to internal and external customers

Skills & Experience Required**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in pallet control or a similar role**
- Strong administrative skills
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in warehouse or transport operations is highly regarded
