At the forefront of material handling equipment and elevated work platforms, our organization is undergoing significant growth due to a major contract.

We are seeking experienced technicians to complete maintenance tasks on Forklifts and EWP equipment at client sites. To be successful, you will require prior experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnosis, repair and maintenance on material handling equipment and elevated work platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out various tasks including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnosis, repair and maintenance on material handing equipment and elevated work platforms
  • Conducting inspection, maintenance and stability testing of older machines and forklifts
  • Working independently at customer locations across Perth's metro areas
  • Maintaining equipment within specified time frames and adhering to Occupational Health and Safety requirements
  • Performing fabrication work including welding, drilling, grinding, bending and cutting of threads when required

Requirements:

  • A recognized trade certificate in Mechanics - Australian Recognised (VETASSESS)
  • Minimum 1 year experience completing maintenance work on equipment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Australian working rights and residency
