Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to perform planned and reactive maintenance across our region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficiency of plant and equipment.
About the RoleThis is a key role in our team, requiring a skilled tradesperson to conduct regular inspections, identify areas for improvement, and undertake fault-finding and rectification work.
- Perform planned maintenance tasks to ensure compliance and safety;
- Respond to equipment faults and conduct emergency repairs as needed;
- Conduct regular inspections to identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Fault find and rectify equipment issues, including reporting and record-keeping;
- Install and test new equipment;
- Participate in general day-to-day maintenance activities;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Australian Recognised Trade Certificate;
- A current Australian Drivers Licence;
- To be physically fit;
The following asset types may require maintenance:
- Chemical dosing equipment;
- Wastewater and water pumping stations and associated equipment;
- Mixers, blower, gearboxes, skimmers, actuators and valves;
- Wastewater treatment plants.
