Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Offboarding: Efficiently onboard new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- HR System Management: Process internal movements in HR systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
- Team Member Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team members, including contact information and employment details.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the P&C team, including tasks related to structural changes, employee contracts, and documents.
- HR Policy Guidance: Offer guidance on HR policies, procedures, and system queries to team members and stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate reports as requested, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: HR degree or relevant qualification.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience supporting a P&C team in a large organization.
- Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS platforms and general reporting.
- Attitude: Positive attitude and flexible, agile mindset.
- Supportive Team: Work within a supportive and experienced P&C team.
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
- Competitive Salary: Receive a competitive salary of $80K + super.
