About this opportunity We are seeking a Front Office professional to provide exceptional customer service and support in a casual capacity (approx. 12-20 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high standard of service quality.
  • Manage guest check-ins and outs efficiently.
  • Accurately utilize the park booking system for reservations and account management.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness.
  • Supply guests with information about the property and local areas of interest.
  • Maintain day-to-day office operations.
  • Foster excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Front Office roles within the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding Guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft office suite knowledge is essential.
  • Familiarity with RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
