Job Overview

The role of a Front Office Receptionist is to provide exceptional customer service, process guest check-ins and outs, and coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations.

This casual position requires an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual who can deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance to guests and responding to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing guest bookings and reservations using computer systems.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a front office or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
