**About the Opportunity**

We have a great opportunity for a **Lifestyle Service Coordinator** to join our team on a full time basis.

Reporting to our General Manager, the Lifestyle Services Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership within our Lifestyle Services Team to ensure our home operates efficiently and effectively in providing Living and Lifestyle experiences and services for our residents and families.

**_Key accountabilities include:_**
- Ensuring innovative and dynamic program of individual and group activities and services in accordance with Allity’s framework
- Actively pursue continuous improvement and promote innovation
- Encouraging customer feedback and take action. Creating customer advocacy
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Accountable for compliance within the lifestyle department

**About You**
- ** Certificate IV** in Leisure and Health - essential (**or currently completing**)
- Previous experience in a Lifestyle position
- Ability to prepare a creative & engaging program
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to take initiative
- Ability to work independently & supervise others
- Passionate about working with the elderly
- Current Influenza and COVID Vaccinations
