Job Description

The role of a Contract Coordinator plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing the project's commercial aspects from contract award through to final accounts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and managing subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement
  • Managing variations, progress claims, and project budgets
  • Supporting project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in contract administration within the fit-out/refurb sector
  • A strong understanding of head contracts and subcontractor management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and attention to detail skills
  • Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Jobpac or similar)
