We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex projects.

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing regular updates and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in construction management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (an asset).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office programs (an asset).
