This Senior Management opportunity is now available at a reputable health food retailer in Melbourne. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15 staff members and overseeing daily operations.
About the Opportunity
- The business operates on a days-only basis, closing by 6 pm each day, providing a great work-life balance for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of 15 staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Business Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, labour management, and rostering.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experience through efficient service delivery and effective communication with customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Store or Restaurant Manager, preferably in a cafe or quick-service restaurant environment.
- Naturally positive, can-do personality who enjoys being the face of the business each day.
- Strong understanding of food safety (food safety certificate is an advantage but not essential).
- Ability to work directly with owners and implement strategic changes when given the opportunity.
