- You will work with residential and community transitional care settings and home care programs, collaborating closely with families, healthcare professionals, and the Allied Health team to make a meaningful impact on the aging journey of our clients.">
- You will conduct thorough Occupational Therapy assessments on admission and as required to create tailored therapy plans.">
- You will perform Home Safety assessments and recommend home modifications to support independent living.">
- You will prescribe assistive technology and equipment to enable clients to live comfortably and confidently at home.">
- You will collaborate with clients, families, stakeholders, and Allied Health Professionals to address therapy needs.">
- You will deliver evidence-based therapy to help clients maintain or improve their daily living abilities.">

- You have demonstrated experience applying effective treatment and evaluation techniques in an Occupational Therapy setting.">
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.">
- You have strong communication and documentation skills, with a client-centered approach to care.">
- You can manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing priorities.">
- You have a passion for supporting older adults to achieve their highest level of independence.">

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.">
- You have experience in community or rehabilitation settings for older adults.">
- You hold a current South Australian driver's licence for travel across LHG sites.">
- You have NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (NDIS risk-assessed role).">
- You are willing to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment.">
- Recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.">
- In line with aged care health guidelines, all recommended vaccinations are encouraged.">
