We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist or a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our experienced team, working alongside passionate clinicians across our brain injury, stroke, concussion, and neurological care streams.

You'll work with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, exercise physiologists, social workers and psychologists – all based at our beautiful, purpose-built Ashford clinic and out in the community.

Are you the OT we're looking for?

As a member of our team, you will:

• Provide high-quality, functional occupational therapy services to people with acquired brain injury or neurological conditions
• Collaborate within a passionate interdisciplinary team to deliver creative, evidence-informed therapy
• Be supported with individual supervision, regular team huddles, catered PD events, and access to senior clinical mentors
• Enjoy autonomy over your diary, access to a fleet of cars, and opportunities to work both in-clinic and in real-world environments
• Be backed by a friendly and efficient admin team who help you focus on what you do best – clinical care

• A salaried position (0.8 to 1 FTE) with leave entitlements, super, and a PD allowance

• Your caseload will be built gradually, with ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and valued
