Key Role in Contract Administration

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of high-value projects.

  • Job Description:

  • As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure full compliance with legal standards and company policies.

  • You will assist in the end-to-end tendering process, including preparing tender packages, reviewing and evaluating subcontractor quotations, and providing recommendations to the project manager.

  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, correspondence, and financial records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.

  • Act as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate clear communication and efficient contract execution throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor contract performance, proactively manage variations and claims, and track project costs to support project financial health and timely delivery.

  • Assist with financial administration by preparing budgets, forecasting cash flow, generating reports, and tracking costs, while supporting the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented Contracts Administrator with strong experience managing large-scale, industrial/commercial construction contracts.

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Previous experience in contract administration within the construction industry, preferably industrial projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulatory requirements, and project management processes.
