Senior Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to support the successful delivery of a major healthcare infrastructure project.

This critical role will be responsible for effectively managing all subcontract and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and financial targets.

  • Managing contract administration to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs that meet project deadlines.
  • Overseeing the project's financial and office administration, maintaining accurate records, cost control, and documentation aligned with governance standards.
  • Assisting the Project Manager with the preparation and review of the monthly project report, including tracking of completed works, program progress, and cost performance data.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant experience in contracts administration within the construction or infrastructure sectors; healthcare or hospital project experience is highly valued.

A strong understanding of relevant legislation, contract law, and compliance requirements is essential. The candidate should also possess demonstrated expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control on complex projects.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with project management and financial systems, as well as strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
