YOUR OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking an experienced OCR Project Manager to join our team based in Sydney on a 12-month fixed term contract and lead the delivery and expansion of our OCR program for Blackwoods.
The role is based in Macquarie Park (preferred), but we're open to other locations for the right candidate
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables are met on time and on budget, whilst leading and guiding a small team to ensure commercially advantageous priorities are addressed in line with stakeholder expectations.Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Managing our OCR program and some EDI integrations based on commercial priority in collaboration with the Blackwoods Sales leadership and customer care teamsEstablishing and driving customer care engagement and customer calls, cadences/routines, conducting requirements gathering andsupporting and driving all testing activity to deliveryOrganising multiple projects, setting priorities and keeping the programme on trackProviding work-in-progress status updates and proactively keeping stakeholders informedSupporting the team to develop standard operating procedures for Customer EDI and OCR processesTo be successful, you will have:Minimum 2 years' experience managing EDI, OCR, eCommerce platforms or ERP integration projects to tight deadlinesGood understanding of OCR and Punch-out related standards and IT and eBusiness applicationsExceptional communication, group facilitation/presentation and stakeholder management skillsStrong business analyst/project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHands-on, organised, accountable, adaptable and adept in managing conflicting prioritiesAbility to work in a fast paced and agile environment with a sales and customer orientationWhat's in it for you:Blackwoods are one of the leading suppliers of industrial and safety equipment to businesses nationwide with a core focus on customer success.
