About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Contracts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with a solid understanding of commercial contracts and procurement procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and review contract documentation, including tender packages, scope of works, and pricing schedules.
  • Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among project stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • Solid experience working as a Contracts Administrator, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A high level of integrity, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
