Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. This role will involve working exclusively in NSW CTP or Workers Compensation portfolios, supporting claimants to return to work, function, and life with our CTP Insurer partners.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients who have sustained an injury in a motor vehicle accident in NSW, including Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Initial Needs Assessments for Return to Work and Return to Independence.
  • Work closely with Insurer IMAs, Treatment Providers, Employers, and other key stakeholders to support best practice rehabilitation and establish a reputation for efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Build and manage relationships with local NSW CTP Insurers, including opportunities for short-term in-house secondments.

We offer flexible working hours and scope for a full-time or part-time role based at any of our Metro Sydney offices, including Parramatta, Penrith, Alexandria, or Macquarie Park. We can also provide relocation assistance if needed.

About You
  • Rehabilitation Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
  • Experience working within the NSW CTP scheme with a comprehensive understanding of the legislation (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach
  • Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check
