Job Description

We are seeking an experienced occupational therapist to play a vital role in supporting claimants to return to work and function after sustaining an injury in a motor vehicle accident in NSW.

As an occupational therapist, you will manage a portfolio of clients with varying complexity and injury types, providing client-centred goal-based recovery recommendations. You will work closely with Insurer IMAs, treatment providers, employers, and other key stakeholders to support best practice rehabilitation and establish a reputation for efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with varying needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local NSW CTP insurers to promote our services and achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
  • Experience working within the NSW CTP scheme with a comprehensive understanding of the legislation (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Honesty, integrity, and a positive approach
  • Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check
