**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to potential customers.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.

We offer a competitive salary package, including base salary and performance-based incentives. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
