Job Summary:

The Department of Education and Training is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director of Learning Resources. This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of educational resources and training programs for students and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a team responsible for creating and publishing educational resources and training materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
  • Design and implement training programs for educators and students, including online and face-to-face delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, students, and community groups.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in education and training, with experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.

Remuneration Package: $150,506 - $167,941 (including salary $128,551 - $143,611)
