The Department of Corporate and Digital Development NT is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Assistant Director Early Careers. This role will play a critical part in leading the development and implementation of strategic early careers programs to address workforce shortages across the Northern Territory Government.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a small team to deliver strategic early careers programs, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the team's success.
- Workforce Development: Develop and deliver workforce development programs to address priority areas, leveraging expertise in Human Resources, Recruitment, Workforce Development, Learning and Development, or similar fields.
