About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Director to lead our childcare centre in Darwin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring a high-quality learning environment for children.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve centre occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Mentor and guide the team to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with the local community to build strong relationships and partnerships.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Experience in a management or leadership role in the early childhood education sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting targets and upholding safety and compliance standards.
