We're looking for a hands-on Deployment Lead to join a high-impact initiative focused on training, adoption, and sustainable change. The Role

As a Deployment Lead, you'll be a key player in ensuring successful training delivery and long-term adoption of new ways of working. You'll work closely with operational stakeholders, designing training plans, refining materials, and coaching frontline teams to ensure smooth transitions.

This role is Perth-based initially, but frequent site travel will be required, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training & Content Development: Evaluate, refine, and deliver fit-for-purpose training materials.
  2. Change & Engagement: Lead communication plans, workshops, and stakeholder alignment.
  3. Hands-On Coaching: Support frontline teams with advice, training, and change readiness.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with project teams and operational leaders to drive adoption.
What You Bring
  1. Experience: 3-5+ years in training delivery, change management, or related roles.
  2. Skills: Strong facilitation, communication, and planning abilities.
  3. Adaptability: Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities.
  4. Engagement Focus: Ability to simplify complex info and build trust with teams.
  5. Safety Mindset: Committed to personal and team safety in all environments.
Nice-to-Have
  • Change or training certifications (e.g., Prosci, Cert IV in Training & Assessment).
  • Experience in operational or frontline environments.
