Revenue Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for setting smart pricing strategies, forecasting demand, and tracking performance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading short-term rental and hospitality management company. You will be the go-to expert for a defined cluster of properties, working closely with operations, marketing, and owner relations to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and fine-tune dynamic pricing strategies using tools like Price Labs.
  • Analyse booking trends, seasonal demand, and competitor rates to drive revenue.
  • Create and maintain rolling 12-month forecasts for your portfolio.
  • Prepare performance reports (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) for stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in short-term rentals or multi-property settings.
  • Proficiency with revenue/dynamic pricing tools and distribution systems.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Commercial acumen with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Clear, confident communication skills to influence stakeholders.
