
Pricing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for setting pricing strategies, forecasting demand, tracking performance, and helping owners maximise returns.
Key Responsibilities:- Pricing Strategies: Develop and fine-tune dynamic pricing strategies using tools like PriceLabs.
- Booking Trends Analysis: Analyse booking trends, seasonal demand, and competitor rates to drive revenue.
- Forecasting: Create and maintain rolling 12-month forecasts for your portfolio.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare performance reports (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Owner Relations to align goals.
- Pricing Configuration: Lead pricing configuration in systems like Guesty, SiteMinder, and BI tools.
You Will Bring:
- 2+ years in revenue management (short-term rentals or multi-property preferred).
- Proficiency with revenue/dynamic pricing tools and distribution systems.
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
- Commercial acumen with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset.
- Clear, confident communicator who can influence stakeholders.
