Revenue Portfolio Manager Position

We are seeking a Revenue Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role involves managing a defined cluster of short-term rental properties to maximize returns.

  • Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and fine-tune dynamic pricing strategies using tools like PriceLabs.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze booking trends, seasonal demand, and competitor rates to drive revenue.
  • Performance Forecasting: Create and maintain rolling 12-month forecasts for your portfolio.
  • Reporting: Prepare performance reports (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Owner Relations to align goals.
  • System Configuration: Lead pricing configuration in systems like Guesty, SiteMinder, and BI tools.
  • Process Implementation: Support the rollout of revenue management standards and processes across the business.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue management (short-term rentals or multi-property preferred).
  • Proficiency with revenue/dynamic pricing tools and distribution systems.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Commercial acumen with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Clear, confident communication skills.
