We are a Perth-based, self-performing construction business specialising in projects involving masonry, formwork, concrete, rendering, precast and steel structures.


About the Role
  • Bricklayers: We seek experienced bricklayers with at least 2 years' experience and relevant qualifications or equivalent work experience.
  • Formwork Carpenters: Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a formwork carpenter and hold a relevant qualification or have 3 years' experience in place of a qualification.
  • Solid Plasterers: We require skilled solid plasterers with at least 2 years' experience and hold a relevant qualification or have 3 years' experience in place of a qualification.
  • Drainers: This role requires experienced drainers with at least 2 years' experience and hold a relevant qualification or have 3 years' experience in place of a qualification.
  • Construction Project Managers: We seek experienced construction project managers with at least 2 years' experience and hold a relevant qualification or have 3 years' experience in place of a qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bricklayers: Study drawings and specifications to determine materials required, cut various masonry blocks, installation of flashing and damp roofing at various stages of construction.
  • Formwork Carpenters: Set up formwork for concrete pours and slabs, work safely from ladders and scaffolding, general site housekeeping duties.
  • Solid Plasterers: Mix and apply coats of plaster, cement and render to structures using trowels, fix pre-cast cornices, panel mouldings, ceiling centres and other plaster fittings.
  • Drainers: Read plans and specifications, dig trenches, cut pipes to required lengths, repair drains, install pipes and drainage systems.
  • Construction Project Managers: Responsible for contract and tender submissions, prepare, negotiate and finalise subcontracts and supply agreements, manage submission of plans to local authorities and liaise with stakeholders.
