As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

• Bricklayers: 2 years' experience in Bricklaying and relevant qualification or 3 years' experience in place of qualification.
• Formwork Carpenters: 2 years' experience as a Formwork Carpenter and relevant qualification or 3 years' experience in place of qualification.
• Solid Plasterers: 2 years' experience as a Solid Plasterer and relevant qualification or 3 years' experience in place of qualification.
• Drainers: 2 years' experience as a Drainer and relevant qualification or 3 years' experience in place of qualification.
• Construction Project Managers: 2 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager and relevant qualification or 3 years' experience in place of qualification. Must also have experience with estimating and all stages of project management.

8. General site housekeeping duties (Formwork Carpenters).
9. Mixing and applying coats of plaster, cement and render to structures using trowels, and levelling and smoothing coats to uniform thickness (Solid Plasterers).
10. Fixing pre-cast cornices, panel mouldings, ceiling centres and other plaster fittings (Solid Plasterers).
11. Providing a variety of rendering services to clients including internal, external and finishes (Solid Plasterers).
12. Creating decorative textures in finishing coats (Solid Plasterers).
13. Applying and finishing acoustic, insulating and fireproofing materials (Solid Plasterers).
14. Interpreting technical drawings (Solid Plasterers).
15. Reading plans and specifications (Drainers).
16. Digging trenches (Drainers).
17. Cutting pipes to required lengths (Drainers).
18. Repairing drains (Drainers).
19. Installing pipes and drainage systems (Drainers).
20. Responsible for contract and tender submissions and bids (Construction Project Managers).
21. Prepare, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts and supply agreements with required timeframe and budget (Construction Project Managers).
22. Managing submission of plans to local authorities and liaising with stakeholders to undertake relevant inspections throughout the project (Construction Project Managers).
23. Issuing notices of delay, extensions of time, subcontracts and/or supplier agreements required for the project and maintain relevant registers (Construction Project Managers).
24. Negotiation and relationship management with suppliers and subcontractors (Construction Project Managers).
25. Responsibility for project budget tracking and performance, quality, costs and risk (Construction Project Managers).
26. Process and recommend invoices and progress claims for work completed and refer disputed claims by subcontractors to the relevant manager for decision (Construction Project Managers).
27. Effectively manage subcontracts through all phases, including scope preparation, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, claims/variations processing, completion and close out (Construction Project Managers).
28. Establishing and managing project claims to ensure alignment with program strategic goals and project outcomes (Construction Project Managers).
