Project Supervisor Role

As a Project Supervisor, you play a critical role in the successful delivery of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily operations to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Managing site resources including labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
  • Interpreting construction drawings and documentation to inform decision-making.
  • Providing progress reports to stakeholders and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining high quality standards while ensuring safe working practices.
  • Reporting risks and hazards and promoting a safety-first culture.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Relevant experience in civil engineering construction with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Section 44 training & certifications desirable.
  • Formal qualification in OHS or similar field an advantage.
