Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Automotive Technician to fill a key role in our workshop. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining both new and used vehicles.

  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in a Senior Automotive Technician position
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and its latest developments
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and care
  • Natural problem solver with ability to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions
  • Strong work ethic and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • RWC and A/C license advantageous but not essential
  • Current full driver's license required

Responsibilities:

  • Assume ownership of servicing, repairing, and maintaining all types of vehicles
  • Step up to man the front desk when needed and provide top-notch customer service
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle issues efficiently
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship on every vehicle
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dealership products and services through ongoing training and development
  • Adhere to established procedures and standards when performing warranty work
  • Maintain workshop tools and equipment in excellent condition
  • Accurately document every detail of the work completed
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies at all times

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified with over 10 years of hands-on experience in a Senior Automotive Technician role
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry and its complexities
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and care
  • Natural problem solver with ability to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions
  • Strong work ethic and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • RWC and A/C license advantageous but not essential
  • Current full driver's license required
