Customer Service Representative Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with people and providing exceptional service.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles, with excellent communication and active listening skills.

In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with our clients, managing their experience for optimal outcomes. You'll be responsible for scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and efficiently managing day-to-day clinic operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
  • Provide administrative support to our clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
  • Efficiently manage clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing and payment processing for our clients
  • Develop intermediate computer skills and learn new software applications

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or administration
  • Passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Focus on results and best possible outcomes
  • Intermediate computer skills and willingness to learn
