**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead our team at Goodstart Kirwan Burnda Street. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to our children and families.
Salary: $40-$46 per hour + Super, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, with experience in leading and managing change within education, health or community services. You will have proven commercial acumen, with financial and operational performance management skills.
You will be responsible for delivering our bespoke learning program, building and encouraging a talented team of early learning professionals, and working with your team to plan for the future of the centre.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
