Early Childhood Education Centre Manager

We're seeking a highly experienced and passionate individual to join our leadership team as a Centre Director at Goodstart Kirwan Burnda Street. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our talented educators, building strong relationships with children, families, and communities, and driving the future growth of your centre.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services, and experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage. They will also possess excellent commercial acumen, financial and operational performance management skills, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality education and care to our children.
As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
- Building and encouraging a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
- Working with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
What we offer:
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum (based on 40 hours/week), including superannuation

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
