Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a not-for-profit organization, we prioritize providing high-quality early learning experiences for children and fostering a supportive environment for our educators.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative team setting, where you will inspire young minds and shape their educational journey. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, building strong relationships with children and families, and contributing to the development of our center's educational programs.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved), current Teachers Registration, and relevant experience in early childhood education. You should also have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. We value passionate and enthusiastic individuals who can lead a classroom effectively and engage with colleagues, families, and children to implement the educational program.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of belonging and community
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and colleagues
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A salary range of $80,000 - $112,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
