Dynamic Early Childhood Educator

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Educator or Room Leader to join our team in Kirwan. As a key member of our center, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to our children.
About the CentreOur centre is conveniently located in Kirwan, opposite a shopping centre and close to both primary and high schools. With 75 places available, we offer a unique opportunity to provide a home-like environment for our staff, children, and families.
We have an amazing Centre Director who has dedicated 22 years to the childcare sector, caring and nurturing children. Our service provides high-quality care and early learning experiences, and we're committed to providing opportunities for our children to learn about cultural events within the centre and our local community.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- A current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
