Job Overview

The role of a Governance Manager plays a pivotal part in spearheading the redesign and implementation of enterprise-wide content governance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • I. Leadership and Vision:
      • Drive the redesign and implementation of content governance frameworks to ensure efficiency and compliance across Content Experience and Performance.
      • Develop and maintain comprehensive content governance frameworks, such as policies and guidelines, to ensure high-quality content.
    • II. Collaboration and Communication:
      • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure practical, transparent, and scalable governance processes.
      • Foster open communication channels to address content-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
    • III. Risk Management and Compliance:
      • Identify and escalate content-related risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
      • Maintain visibility over content approval processes to ensure compliance at all stages.
  • IV. Team Management:
    • Lead and manage three direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to build capability and team performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Proven experience in content governance, marketing, and/or communications.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    • Results-driven and goal-oriented individual.
    • Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
