Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both content design and content production.

The successful applicant will be responsible for shaping user-first, accessible, and aligned content within IA frameworks. They will also support IA discovery and design activities, collaborate with UX and design teams, produce, migrate, and maintain content across enterprise CMS platforms, and support the retained content team with BAU content updates and governance.

About the Role

  • Create structured, accessible content that meets business and user requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape site structures and content flows.
  • Publish digital content in enterprise CMS platforms.
  • E nsure content meets accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Support content governance, templates, and workflows in CMS environments.
  • Deliver seamless, user-focused experiences through collaboration with designers, developers, BAs, and strategists.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content design and/or digital content production.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and information architecture principles.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and structuring skills for digital channels.
  • Ability to work effectively in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
