We're looking for an Account Manager to drive the delivery of our Embedded Finance deals from implementation kick-off to Go-Live and full ramp. You'll have oversight over Go-Live readiness and monitoring of your clients, driving portfolio revenue growth by building deep relationships with key accounts.
This role requires 5+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic account management, preferably in fintech or complex technology sales. You should be able to navigate lengthy sales cycles, understand the nuances of enterprise relationships, and excel at building rapport across all levels.
You'll manage multiple clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring everything stays on track. A creative problem solver with a passion for learning technical concepts, you'll become our internal product champion and drive revenue growth through strategic deals, upselling, cross-selling, and multi-stakeholder relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic account management, preferably in fintech or complex technology sales.
- Experience navigating lengthy sales cycles and understanding the nuances of enterprise relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning technical concepts.
