**SME & Growth Business Team**
The SME & Growth Business team is dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive in the global economy. We combine deep financial expertise with a growth mindset, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that streamline cross-border payments and unlock new revenue streams.
**What You'll Do**
This role will work within our SME team on a book size of 150-300 customer accounts, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and building multi-stakeholder relationships with customers.
We are looking for a technology-minded Fintech enthusiast who can learn the ins and outs of our platform and solve complex problems for our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and sales principles, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

As a Global Payments Specialist, you will have the chance to build long-term relationships with customers, identify opportunities for growth, and provide expert guidance on our platform.
This role involves:
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and identifying opportunities for growth;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments;
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences;
- Identifying and escalating potential issues or risks.
