Joinery Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-profile projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to elevate their career with a dynamic and mission-driven team.

The successful candidate will have strong project delivery experience, excellent financial acumen, and superb leadership skills. They will be able to coordinate multiple simultaneous projects, manage budgets, and motivate the team to meet strict deadlines.

This role offers full autonomy supported by a highly skilled in-house and trades team. You will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading partners and clients, and contribute to the growth of our company.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A solid background in fit-out or joinery environments;
  • Strong site coordination, leadership and client management skills;
  • Excellent financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking;
  • Superior Excel skills and high-level of computer literacy;
  • A valid White Card and valid driver's licence;
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines;
  • Previous experience as a cabinetmaker in a cabinetmaking business;
  • Experience with tools like Nexvia or similar platforms (desired but not essential);
  • Formal PM qualifications or certifications (desired but not essential);
  • Calm approach under pressure, great communication, and solutions-oriented mindset;
